Need You Tonight was written on a dare from my favorite ex who just happens to be a current WWE Superstar. Nope, I'm not naming names, but the Mik Daring in my story is kinda sorta him. The dare was that I make him into a romance novel stud in a story and I had to have it ready by the time the WWE was here in town in Nashville. Dare accepted and completed and published by Evernight.

Saffron's and Mik's story is very loosely inspired by the night I met the favorite ex some twenty or so years ago after a WCW taping in Atlanta.

Yes, just like Saffron, I really did approach him in a parking lot of a hotel and boldly state I wanted to hook up with him to piss off the guy he was feuding with in the ring at the time. All these years later and we're still pissing him off every chance we get. :-)
