Lost Series by P.J. Belden Review

I’ve recently discovered author P.J. Belden and I love her! She’s an extremely talented writer and one of the sweetest people I’ve met in this writing journey. I was lucky enough to review her Lost Series which is three novellas from Mechelle Taylor. The first is Lost in Lies.

Synopsis

Mechelle Taylor had your picture perfect life. A life that seemed to be the envy of most every woman around her. She had the man of her dreams, the career she’d always wanted, a house designed by her. Mechelle had no complaints. But what seems so perfect isn’t always so, now is it?

As events unfold shattering Mechelle’s seemingly perfect world, how will she survive? The hurt, the pain, the betrayal it was all consuming her. As she looked at the reality of her world, she realizes that she was just Lost in Lies.

Review

Holy smokes! First off, this book is steamy as in fog up the mirror steamy. Mechelle seems to have it all and literally in the snap of her fingers, her whole life falls apart. Just when you’re already feeling sorry for another bomb is dropped! The story line is crazy and P.J. leaves you wanting to start the second novella right away!

The next in the series is Lost in Fantasy.

Mechelle’s world changed in the blink of an eye. Everything she knew wasn’t real. It was all a lie. But when a past love comes back into her life at a time she needed someone the most could the downhill spiral her life had taken finally be turning around again.

Mechelle’s happy bubble she’s created herself bursts when the past comes back to smack her in the face once again. Can Mechelle protect her heart or has it already gone too far? It’s very clear to Mechelle that she was just Lost in Fantasy.
