(New work!
Arrives signed, matted, and ready to frame.)
Been thinking a lot about courage. I've found myself up against some personal edges recently, and as I try and create new permissions for myself and generally reframe my self talk, self expectations, and self care, I'm finding it's taking an extraordinary amount of courage to shift from one way to a new, healthier way. It's a kind of soul work that takes patience, time, and whole lot of practice. I'm so grateful for the new permissions coming through. Feels like new breath, like deep clean inhales and exhales. In with the new, out with the old.
So, although it takes a lot of courage to take the big leaps (into dreams, career changes, parenthood, etc), I'm starting to really appreciate the kind of courage required for the small, everyday puddle jumps that eventually, over time, realign our everyday, ordinary lives.
It's true.
We have what it takes.
And our hearts knew it all along.
