Where Is The Best Place To Keep "The Altitude Map"??

Hello,

After reading the book, I'm not sure where to keep the altitude map. I understand that parts of it are part of the system, like:

1. Runway is actions. So to me thats kept in @Actions in Outlook and categories in Tasks.

2. 10,000 ft is projects. Kept in lists under .Projects in Tasks ...
