What’s up?
I haven’t been available lately, I’ve been hiding in my writing cave (dungeon?) working my latest Romance Suspense. This story is to be published with a group of talented authors for a box set.
It’s a 30,000 word novella, yet it’s the hardest manuscript I’ve put together to date. It was due last weekend, but I started over many times. Finally, I figured out the protagonist conflict the Monday before.
Needless to say I didn’t make the deadline. Since, I’ve worked diligently to turn over to my fellow authors for critiques only to decide yesterday I didn’t like the ending or the title. The finale is redone, though it needs work and I’m satisfied with A Lethal Affair as the name. The book is now in the hands of the experts. We shall see. The set is projected to be released around February or March.
My editor sent me edits for Toxic a full length romance/suspense. Other than a read through, not much has been done, although I have ideas. Completing the edits are my task this week. I am especially excited about this publication. It was the first book I wrote, I started it ten years ago. It’s been revised at least a hundred times. I still have the original. It’s baaaad. Stay tuned.
And now for my EXTRA exciting news. My second book, Tomorrow Doesn’t Matter Tonight is set for release on NOVEMBER 19th. It’s available at Amazon.com, BarnsandNoble.com and The Wild Rose Press.
Hope you’ll pick up a copy and let me know what you think!
