Regrettably, we must decline your proposal of TBN to collaborate with you on any type of production that would feature this ability. Due to budget constrictions, we are pursuing broadcast rights for movies, television programs and special projects that have already been produced. Thank you again for writing. May the Lord continue to bless you and guide you to the proper venue to fulfill your goals. Sincerely in Christ: Paul F. [THEY ALSO SAID DUE TO OVERWHELMING SUBMISSIONS ETC.] SCEA is unable to accept ideas and inventions, which has not been requested by SCEA. [HERE'S THE KICKER] We are sorry to tell you that you will not be compensated if a product that is similar or identical to your suggestion is produced.[THEN THEY APOLOGIZED] [my positions is: if so PAY ME!...MY ABILITY IS UNDER COPYRIGHT PROTECTION & THAT OF MY BOOK AS WELL]
Disney World also communicated that they do not accept "unsolicited" ideas for attractions...any similarities will not be compensated.
I appreciate my Publisher...they accepted my Agent's Literary Agency's proposal to offer a publishing agreement for/to me & the rest is history in the making. Today I have an Multi-Format Electronic Book available for $9.99 to any Digital Book Reader, a $9.95 Soft Cover Edition, & a $21.95 Hard Cover Edition. The Hard Cover Edition has dark blue front and back cloth boards with the title/author name on the spine & a full color Dust Jacket. I'll keep going forward for my next Yes's...the "train" keeps moving.
