Progress!

So the book is back from the editor. The process so far was much less painful that I expected. I have asked my editor to be a little rougher on me on the next round. I’m not sensitive.

I also have a tentative arrangement with a great cover artist. I’m hoping to go ahead and commission the covers for the whole series at once!

I’m 58,000 words into my second novel. Somehow the page count is not adding up as quickly as it did last time. I just shrug and keep writing.

Even better than progress on my own book I read something recently that I absolutely loved. Finding fiction I love has become a bit of a challenge lately. This book exceeded my expectations.
