Back again

I shouldn't get on here and make excuses. BUT I'm going to.
The day job is kicking my butt. I love it...I will ALWAYS love it, but MAN, the hours I've spent on it this year rival those of my early years.
Things are settling now, though, and I hope to get back in the swing of things here.
The next It Started in Texas book, The Real Deal, debuts next week. It's a second chance at love story, and I think it might be my favorite.
I love second chance stories. Sam Jackson stole my heart when he showed up in Close to Home and To Trust a Prince. I figured he needed a true love forever story, too.
I didn't know his story would start a whole new chapter of It Started in Texas books. YAY!

This week I have a plan. EDIT, edit, edit. Not The Real Deal, it's done, thank goodness, but another story. A story that's been waiting for me to get back to it for the last few weeks while I focused my attention elsewhere.

I'll keep readers posted on that as I go.
