Take the Leap
How many times have you said, or heard someone say, “if only I were younger,” or “if only I had done this”. If only’s are a waste of time. I say this because I am prone to have this mentality. I am learning (however slowly), that it is a complete waste of time.
We spend all this time fretting over something in our minds. We tell ourselves all the reasons we can’t do something rather than all the reasons we can. We look at the negative first, instead of last.
We have so much potential if we just allow ourselves to dream and dream big. We could truly do anything if we determine to do it. No matter your age, no matter your circumstance.
George Bernard Shaw said it very well: “The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want, and, if they can’t find them, make them.”
