Healthy living is a big part of our family. I try to work out 4 days a week doing a combination of running (mostly sprint work), weights, and yoga, and eat a clean healthy diet most of the time. Yummy Hubby is training to ride in a 100-mile bicycle race next month, which means 4 hour rides on the weekend and more during the week. Over the summer I let these things slide... I'm pretty sure I had an ice cream cone every day for the entire month of July. Now that we are getting back in the groove of school and a schedule, I'm finally getting back into my healthy habits.
