Pondering, and Some Sighing

Today is the first official day of school in our district and my youngest just went off to start 10th grade. I can’t believe the little baby I just had yesterday (or, it seems that way) is now a sophomore in high school. Time really does go by in the blink of an eye, doesn’t it? I remember her carrying book after book over to me on the floor so we could read together… I remember carrying her everywhere she went… I remember her first laugh as clearly as if I’m hearing it right now…
