Since the moment I picked up Stalk Me (#1 of The Keatyn Chronicles) I have been a fan. Jillian Dodd has a unique style of writing that I love and adore. This week I was ecstatic to read Get Me, the final book in the series, but I was also sad to see it end.
Get Me picks up exactly where Hate Me ends. Keatyn is ready to get her life back, but in the process she’s terrified that she might lose everything she’s fought for including her life.
Within this final story, we see growth as a young girl into a woman. Keatyn learns that she has to find calm in her chaos. For me, this is now a new expression I will use often in life. It is so true. We also have every question we have wondered answered.
This story is one that has pulled at every emotion. I have had my heart beat out of my chest, cried, laughed, and flat out giggled like a teenager. I feel that I belong at Eastbrooke and am a perfect as well.
This review is tough because I will not spoil the reveal of moon boy or any major events that occur. I will however say that there is one twist at the end that had me in tears. We all know that Keatyn was ready for a fight, and that’s exactly what happens… the question is, what is the outcome?
