Second Short Story and Another Question

A look into Leah (and Toby’s) past is already waiting in subscribers mailboxes.  For all of you reading on here, I have another question.

What would you give up to protect someone that you loved?  

A simple question, but I found the answer didn’t come so easily to me, especially where I am now in my life.  Giving up even the silliest things is suddenly not so easy when it’s no longer an academic matter.
