It is with a sad and heavy heart that I write this post. Monique O’Connor James, my friend, beloved author, and publisher suddenly and unexpectedly passed away on August 15, 2014. She was a beautiful person inside and out. The news devastated me on a deep and personal level. I simply shut down to wrap my head around her passing.
