A Special Release Day: Colors of Us (McAvery Brothers, 1)

I have to say, this is a special release for me.

Colors of Us is not only my first full length novel, it’s the type of story I always wanted to write. Bits and pieces of this story have been marinating in my head for quite sometime. I started writing it last summer and finished the rough draft during National Novel Writing Month. It went through many reiterations (and titles) since then. The end result is sweet, sexy, means a great deal to me. So I’m thrilled to share it with you today, RELEASE DAY!

It feels so good to have a release day. *grins*

Colors of Us is book one of the McAvery Brothers series. Books 2 & 3 are already in the works (plus a cool novella), so I promise it won’t take me another year to get the next one out. In fact, I’m targeting Nov/Dec for book 2, Passions of Us.

Oh, and I found out Colors of Us is an Editor’s Pick (I love my editor, Trish xoxo). Woo-hoo! What a way to start a series! Thanks to everyone who stuck with me during my hiatus. Now, are you ready to meet Hunter McAvery, the youngest McAvery brother?

Colors of Us

McAvery Brothers, 1

Everything she knew to be true fell apart. Then fell apart again…

Michelle Willis is running from her past. What better place to hide than in the anonymity of New York City. Finding refuge in a tiny SoHo art gallery, she rebuilds her life one painting at a time.

A wrong turn sends Hunter McAvery on a crash course with disaster. He fights his own demons by following his big brother’s lead – drinking and bed-hopping his way through Manhattan.

A glance at Michelle’s self-portrait triggers emotions Hunter can’t tamp down. Driven to meet the artist, he discovers a fiery chemistry as their lives collide. But when their past threatens to tear them apart, can their love survive?

I can’t wait to share a deep dive into this story and series during my blog tour which kicks off September 15th. They will be plenty of prizes and swag giveaways so stay tuned for details.

If you’d like to read Colors of Us (and I hope you do!), it’s now available here:

Evernight Publishing / Amazon US / Amazon UK / AllRomance eBooks
