Hannah, Mamrie, and/or Grace, if you don’t mind, could you further explain everything that happened tonight from your point of view. I know there were a lot of issues, which caused those who attended the San Francisco #NoFilterShow to miss out on several things that were given/sold/provided at the…

Absolutely!

It takes a lot of organization to run a two-week five city tour. And we kick as at it. Merch and books and meet and greets are all events that we do and do well!

Unfortunately, persons outside of our control dropped a lot of balls. Not to mention that coordination within the event itself was disrespectful and unorganized.

Now, let’s talk about the people who were told to wait for us outside. In a line of 40 people, averaging 3 minutes a person (roughly), it takes two hours to complete (and that’s if we are rushing). Given the show ends at 10pm, there are considerations of for all staff and security involved. Not to mention their gross misunderstanding of us and our community.

I’m sorry that the staff said we were trying to “escape” you. It’s simply untrue. At one point a member of the staff also accused me of lying to them.

It was a bafflingly mismanaged venue. Obviously this has been the exception to the rule. Playing in the bay has always been a goal for me personally, so I’m sure you all can understand that I am disappointed as well.

I’ll see everyone for hugs and signatures at the free event today.

Love,
HH

For all of you that were confused about some of the things after the show last night ^^ Hannah explains ^^

Otherwise, it was a stupidly tremendous time. I got a vagina drawn on my head in eyeliner and lipstick.
