Single-Tasking

Yesterday I talked with a writer friend who cautioned me about multi-tasking. She believes it’s not a good idea for all people. I am one of those people. And today she sent me a link to an interesting article about studies done on productivity and multi-tasking. I will say this video cracked me up, but I got the message.
