I always imagine Amy as an INFJ - they’re very moral, will give away their shirts, and they’ll be really quiet almost mousey until they’re REALLY mad, then they will terrify you.

Steve is an ENTJ or ESTJ - He skirts the line. He outwardly conforms, and on the down low does what needs to be done even if it is unorthodox. He knows that group think will kill an organization, and tries to keep the likes of Bohdi and Amy from leaving the FBI for that reason, even though he finds managing them like herding cats.

Bohdi is … who the hell knows, it depends on his mood.
