DrawBridge!
I've been posting warm up sketches periodically over at DrawBridge, a daily sketchblog with daily drawings by our studio members! It's pretty fun, here's yesterday's Sandman that I did (it was Vertigo day at Drawbridge!) and I'll be doing another one later today- and there's some amazing artists who post daily too.
