Make your own ONE INGREDIENT, dairy free ice cream. Peel and slice a banana (or two or three). Place the slices in a freezer bag and freeze them overnight. When you’re ready for a cold and creamy treat put the frozen slices in a mini prep food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Animal friendly and there’s nothing in there that your body doesn’t love. Everyone wins.
