Goodreads Readers and Goodreads Authors
I’m a Goodreads Author and I’ve got 43 or so books. I wrote 105,000 words this past month, put out 1 new eBook and added 66 blog posts to my sites.
I also wrote some stuff for other people, and I made quite a few new friends on Goodreads. Overall…a pretty good month!
It was good to get back into the swing of reading after several months of not finishing a single book. I read a lot of crap for other people, meaning I write for other people so have to read for that. I do that all the time and don’t often read for pleasure.
I changed that this month and finished off…let’s see, Mistborn, Foundation, and The Hobbit. Three books in one month is terrible compared to how many I used to read as a single person with no kids, but it’s more than I read all the rest of the months this year so I’m pleased.
Hopefully I can keep the trend going. I’m doing the reading challenge in the Book Addicts Group this month, so maybe I’ll see you there!
