Ask Carrie Ann: FAQs
Happy Saturday! I’ve been answering a few FAQs on FB recently so I thought I’d post them here as well. If you have any more, put them in the comments!
Q: When will your books be in audio?
A: Ink Inspired and Ink Reunited are in audio format now. If sales keep as they are or increase (yay sales!), then all of my books will eventually be in audio. An Alpha’s Path, A Taste for a Mate, Trinity Bound, and A Night Away (all part of the Redwood Pack) are in development now. So if you want more audio books, then keep listening to the ones out there.
Q: Will there be more Redwood Pack books?
A: The short answer is YES. The long answer? The original Jamenson story arc is over. I had planned on seven books for them with extra novellas to visit them again. I also planned to leave the world open in case I wanted to write more in it and not get bored. That said, YES there are more Redwoods coming.
How you ask? Well first off, Dark Fates, coming August 12th, will have a Redwood Pack novella about Emeline and Noah. Also, as part of the 1001 Dark Nights (yay!) I’m writing about a Redwood Pack member who you’ve seen before and a Talon Pack member. This will be part of not only the Redwood Pack series, but the Talon Pack series as well. And I might write more about other members of the Pack as well. It just depends on what the READERS want and what I have in my mind.
Speaking of the Talon Pack: The Talon Pack is part of the Redwood Pack world and series. I’m writing it so you can start in book 1 of the Talon Pack if you are new to the world, or start at the Redwood Pack book 1 so you can get the whole backstory. There will be familiar faces in the Talon Pack as well as new faces and stories. I’m really excited about this series and I do hope readers EMBRACE it has hard as they did the Redwood Pack. This starts in 2015 and I CANNOT WAIT for you all to see what I have in store.
What does this mean Reading Order Wise? Wherever I put reading order, you will now see TALON PACK READING ORDER and REDWOOD PACK WORLD READING ORDER. You can read in any order you want as each book is about a different couple, but now the OCD people can make lists.

Q:Faith, and the other ‘special ladies’ from Dante’s circle … Do we have dates for their books
A: The Dante’s Circle series IS continuing. Faith’s book, Fierce Enchantment, will be out in early 2015. Amara’s and Eliana’s books will coming out after that as well. I’m not planning on putting out firm release dates until I have the book written however.
Q: When do more Montgomery Ink books come out?
A: Delicate Ink will be out Oct 14th. It’s Austin (Shep’s cousin from Ink Inspired) and Sierra’s story. Delicate Ink is the first full length book in the series at about 80k (maybe more). It starts the series in full and is set inDenver. Austin is the oldest Montgomery and has seven siblings that will round out the series.
Book 2, Tempting Boundaries, is about Austin’s younger sister, Miranda and Austin’s friend Decker. That will hopefully be out in late 2014 as well. It depends on my timing and my move if I can get it done on time.
As a treat, I’m in the middle of writing Book 1.5, Forever Ink. It’s a novella about people in the Montgomery Ink world who you will meet in Delicate Ink. The novella, Forever Ink, will be in the HOT INK antho coming in November.
So yes, much, much more Ink coming. I’m super excited about this so I hope you guys are ready for them!
As an aside, Shep and Shea will be in Delicate Ink and have a little bit of a story inside the book. And Sassy, Rafe and Ian from Ink Reunited will be getting another book in 2015!!
