When it comes to healthy lifestyle choices, there has seemingly always been a “diet” for everything. We all understand that there is a heart-healthy diet, although what it exactly is certainly is up for debate. We all know the basics of weight-bearing exercise for preventing osteoporosis, etc. But for some reason the brain and brain health have always remained distant from consideration.
