Update on Spirulina and Chlorela

So...my update is that I haven't taken either for several days now.

I ooched up the dosage to 1 teaspoon each and mixed them with water and it was really hard for me to drink it. It was better with OJ, but still hard to get down. ; >(

I'm looking for some simple recipes to help hide the taste because I really want to keep taking this until I see some results. (Nope haven't noticed anything yet, but I'm still optimistic.)

Anyone have a great way to take this stuff that hides the flavor and isn't too messy. It seems like a smoothy would help but I don't want to use my Vitamix  because the powder really sticks and I think it would coat the container making it hard to clean and wasting a lot of the product.

Well, typing this has made me feel guilty so I think I'll go down some green powder with OJ, but I won't like it. ; >)


We're out of juice. I'm sooo disappointed. Joking - kind of. ; >)
