When you carefully watch what you are saying during the Complaint Free program, it can make communicating awkward for a while. However, silence brings with it some benefits.

Speaking less might make people think you are more intelligent. There’s an old saying, “It is better to be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.”
