Everyone has problems. That just comes with living.

When we take on another person’s problems we do not help them, we actually diminish our capacity to help.

I am on day seven going 21 consecutive days without complaining. I’ve been at this for nearly 5 months.

Working to change any behavior takes time. However, we are controlled by our habitual behaviors. To master our behaviors is to master our lives.

And mastering whether or not we complain gives us the power to live lives that are happy rather than miserable.

If you’re on the challenge stay with it. If you’re not, what are you waiting for?
