Why have B&N let us down?

Here are all the wonderful books that make up
Ten Brides for Ten Heroes!!
When you see all ten full-length books spread out like this, it makes much more of an impact. At least it does for me. Ten authors wrote these individual stories, worked hard to entertain the readers and by joining them together, made a wonderful presentation, keeping the price at $.99. Why then has it sold so terribly on Barnes & Noble? Our numbers have been great on Amazon. We just can’t seem to get the same lift there. If any of you have an answer, please do comment. It’s a mystifying situation for all of us involved. And I'd love to know what you know... or think???Ten Brides Distributors   AMAZON    APPLE    KOBO    SMASHWORDS    BARNES & NOBLE

Patrice Wilton Mimi - it's heartbreaking, that's for sure. We couldn't possibly have done more than we did, so we need to walk away with pride. The books make a wonderful boxset, and our reviews have been good. This whole business is a crap shoot, so this was just another disappointment along the way. But hey! We learned from it and made friends along the way. Two positives out of a difficult couple of months!
Rest up after your trip, my friend. We have more work ahead of us!

Mimi Barbour Patrice - you are so right. I went to a B&N workshop and found out the truth. They didn't let us down at all. We just didn't work with them. They have lovely people who are ready to help with merchandising if we would have but known how to contact them. I'm so glad I went to this RWA Convention. We will rock at Christmas!!!

This is not only a blog for authors, it's for anyone who's interested in what goes into writing a good book and then getting it published. Questions and comments are very much appreciated.
