Last Line is Live

After a scary few hours last night when I was afraid the more extreme elements of Last Line had frightened the Amazon mice back into their holes (you never know these days with Amazon!) it looks as though we've got all our buy links up and away. Remember, m'dears, if you already own the Loose Id version, I haven't changed enough in this book to warrant you buying it again, even though it does have the yummy new cover. I just want to be clear on that. I know book-buying pennies are hard to come by! Here you go...

message 1: by Mignon (new)

Mignon Despite being a voracious reader, there are few authors that can move me to extreme emotional depths. My being moved has only a little to do with the plot, but relys heavily on how an author creates the people I meet, the poetical rhythm of their writing. The few books Harper Fox books I've read have been an emotional journey. It doesn't matter if they're not all great in terms of plot, but my goodness, the internal journey she takes you on. I'm reading Driftwood and I am just blown away by the beauty and simplicity of her writing - such flawed and damaged people written with such love and empathy.
