Sneak Peek at “The Scare Rows” by Edward Lorn

They came in the middle of the night, to the small town of Bay’s End, and by morning the seeds were planted. The ticket booth was set up at the entrance of Fairchild Farm, the hundred acres of carnival land on the east end of town. The sign atop the booth read:
