I got the sense pretty early that he was a not-very-interesting troll and disengaged, but I heard immediately from a bunch of people who have had to deal with him over the years and it sounds like blocking him was the right idea.

When he was going on about Wonder Woman being a feminazi, I figured troll or not, I no longer gave a crap what he said one way or the other.
