I’m someone who has always been quite interested in meditation, it sounds like a lovely idea. To be able to focus my mind. To be able to enjoy and treasure the present moment. I have however, never found the time to practice the skill. I’ll need to make the time! Apparently, if you can find the time to breathe, write, wash, pee, pick your nose – you name it – you should in theory have time to meditate.
