Flist clean-up

The friends list has gotten too hot to handle, too cold to hold, so I'm trimming out those who either never friended me in return or haven't commented in a blue moon.

Contrariwise, if you have friended me and would like me to return the favor, you need only pipe up or poke me with a stick.
