DO YOU HAVE TIME FOR GRUDGES??? Abraham Linco...

This write up is a suggestion to those who are serious and passionate about their ambitions in life. You will always find people who would criticize you, would not agree with you on certain issues or would be living only to object to your ways.Listen to them carefully, without trying to prove your righteousness, nor show dissent.Utilize your unproductive time to ponder on it. If you find something worthy that may help in your personal improvement, follow it and thank them for helping in mending yourself, else ignore them. Before you indulge in an argument, always think what will you get out of arguing? Is it a debate competition? Winning it would earn you recognition and glory?

It can ferment your own mood and keep you disturbed long after the argument is over, preventing you from concentrating on something productive.Sometimes, we end up pouring out anger on others and have to beg for their pardon later. It will kill useful time that could have been utilized in doing something else.
Think, what importance does your proving yourself right against that person hold? He may not be the last person to challenge you. Someone will stand up the next day asking you to validate yourself. Next day, someone else may do the same.Somewhere, sometimes you will have to draw a line, not for others to stop pestering you; but for yourself to not allow yourself be bothered by such people Your achieving success in your endeavour should be your answer. However, arguments can’t always be avoided. Often we are dragged into or sometimes, we are compelled to prove a point. In such cases, controlling anger is prerequisite.Anger proves you wrong even before you say anything.Be calm and composed.Choose your words cautiously. Your utterance must not hurt, it must not emancipate hatred and it shouldn’t ignite rage.If you think, the situation is too heated up that it will be difficult to restrain humility, walk out of it seeking an excuse, amicably and promising to take it up some other time.
