Anke! Thank you - I hope you're doing well!July is already much better than May & June combined. It's funny that you sent this. yesterday I was sitting in my car pondering the meaning of life and I thought about you.
I confess I was reviewing all the writing I have to do and noodling around with the ending for Pride of the Veld (for the thousandth time)and the outline for the crazy bar story from our time together in Tampa... and realized how very very nice it was to spend time together at Rainbow Con - even if it's made me oh so much more work! :)
Don't be a stranger, and let me know if you're planning on attending any of the cons next year.

Yes, I'm doing very well! We were on a one week vacation in Tuscany, which was great and now we are back for a summer at home. Kids are off doing their stuff, our daughter is on her trip-around-the-world. And I'm glad she is doing well and enjoying her life :)So far I'm planning to attend the UK Meet next year again. This year was so much fun and the atmosphere there is really special. As RainbowCon will be in July, I won't be able to be in the US at that time and the same applies for GRL. Wherever it will be, at the time it normally takes place we have already booked our vacation. Yes, more than a year in advance. We will go to the Galapagos Islands and I'm already looking forward to that.
I'm still thinking of Tampa, especially the evening at Ybor City was great.
And I'm looking forward to reading the sequel of Pride of the Veld and the one for Snow Globe!
