How can you say that someone you don't even know?

How can I tell someone I love them without knowing them? Easily, I just can. For me, loving someone and being in love with someone are two completely different things. I love so many people, but I am in love with no one. Well, maybe I’m in love with my solitude. But I’m not sure. A lot of people ask me this, and this has actually gotten in the way of one of my relationships, but I just don’t see anything wrong with having love inside of your heart for multiple people, including strangers. Sometimes I think it makes you a softer person. It makes you more open and vulnerable, which to me is a good thing. I know people who use the word love like it’s poison, and some who use it like it’s an antidote. It really depends on who you are as a person. But I really don’t know, I just can. It doesn’t hurt when that word comes out of my mouth. To me, loving a person means caring for them. Being in love with someone means wanting to be with someone forever, or for however long you can be together. So to answer your question, love, I’m not sure. I just.. can. I can love others very easily.
