Point Of View. Is There A Magic Number?

Today I'm at Writers Gone Wild, asking you all for input on a very important question I'm struggling with at the moment. Some of my favorite writers use many different POVs in their books. (Think Suzanne Brockmann and JR Ward.) Because I love reading that style and love to get into characters' heads, I like to write that way as well.
