We have finally! gotten the weedcloth across the front…

We are out of weedcloth pins and are now stealing them from areas weighted by mulch, but I have ordered some off the internet—the internet to order stupid weedcloth pins, for gosh sake!

It's starting to look good out there. Jane is approaching the fracture point, and in a minor heat wave (the temperature ran up to 80) I was dizzier than a hoot owl every time I had to bend over and pin fabric or worse, position and trim it with an increasingly dull knife. Welwyn Wilton Katz Is the dizziness normal for you, C.J.? Or is it just the work and the heat. (Just!?!) I have had no fluid in my left inner ear since a car accident seven years ago and it's been fun getting used to that... Falling all the time. Once, hanging shower curtains, I fell and hit the toilet tank so hard it swivelled. No, not my head! (Visions of the Exorcist.) I don't fall as often now. The brain really can get used to almost anything. Take a look at my gravatar on your site and see.
