checked the link. Says not available in Canada.
Just give him the smashwords version, if he read from kindle he can get the calibre software to convert epub/mobi/pdf into az3 to transfer it on his kindle and read it ^^
I contacted Amazon and they have a reasonably efficient CRM system... which means I will get told whether they've figured out what's going on tomorrow (Thursday). At least I know when they'll get back to me.I'm pretty sure it's not just you, btw, since I can now actually see sales by Amazon region and no one has bought any in Canada. So it's annoying, but not personal. (There's a weak smile going on here.)
