Gun Buyback Program Deemed a Success

The gun buyback program in Bergen County, NJ was a huge success said a spokeswoman for the Sheriff's Department. "We took seventy-seven guns off the streets in one week," she said. "Over the course of the one month program, we took in two-hundred-fourteen guns. That's a lot of firepower the criminals no longer have. The money spent will make our streets safer."
