iM SCREAMING. I CAANT WAAITTTTTTTTTTTTTTT. Hopefully only people who have read the book attends the movie so I don't have to sit with people who try to act cool by claiming they have read the book.
Very excited to see it with my friends soon :) I got them all to read this book and they are frantically borrowing copies from all sorts of places, it's wonderful.
I'm seeing it on Friday!!! Sooooooo incredibly excited. I'm rereading the book for about the fourth time and I just finished it last week.
Have tickets for my daughter and me for the Night Before Our Stars premiere Thursday!
I wish I could go to the night before our stars but there is no movie theater close to my house that has TNBOS playing on Thursday :-(
I WANTED TO BE THERE SO BAD!!!!!!!
I was a little nervous about going to see this movie if I'm being honest. This is the first book that held a story that I fell entirely in love with and movies have a way of failing the author and what he created. However, Jon Green has been so incredibly invovled in this movie making process that it erased all my fears. It's not very often you see the author so immersed in the formation of the movie. So I am trusting in Jon Green and I am beyond excited to see TFIOS movie!!!
I can't wait to see it! It's going to be awesome
So sad that this movie isn't released in India. I've been waiting forever to see this movie in theaters.
I already saw the movie last night here in the Philippines. I cried. The same way I cried in the book. It doesnt disappoint me. :)
Its coming out on June 12th here in Dubai :( but thats my birthday! I'M WATCHING THE PREMIERE OF THE FAULT IN OUR STARS ON MY BIRTHDAY!
Favorite part of the post Night in Our Stars premier/simulcast was the question from the Peachtree City woman about how John Green feels about "killing off" his characters. Whoa, his response was so Hazel, which made my daughter love him even more. She said, "Momma, why would someone ask such a question when there are better ones to ask, such as, 'What was the symbolism behind Amsterdam and the Anne Frank museum visit?'"
The movie was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and so faithful to the book. Of course they left out some characters like Kaitlyn and Caroline Mathers. But the movie was so powerful and I cried so hard
