May 31 is… Macaroon Day

The US celebrates the 31st of May as National Macaroon Day and the Lady Biest thinks a whole day spent thinking about the sweet, colourful, puffy, fluffy biscuits baked to perfection is a perfectly delightful idea (and Cookie-face no doubt plans to bake her brains out).
