Style Sunday: Ballet Legwarmers
There is something of a health kick occurring over here at PeachyHQ…the flip side of having a birthday, getting another year older and indulging in all the good foods, is that you wake up feeling like you need to get your energy levels up!
I am a huge fan of the Ballet Beautiful workouts – after reading Mary Helen’s Ballet Beautiful Book last summer, I’ve found that streaming her workout blast videos super easy to fit into daily life, especially when I’m on the road, it’s a lot of fun, but trust me, it’s an elegant looking workout that is surprisingly brutal – the Swan Arms is awesome for beating that hunch-back stiffness that you get from sitting over the computer or sewing machine for hours on end! Also, while deep down, I think it is safe to say that I will never now be a prima ballerina, this does make me feel like one – which is all that matters, right?
Ballet gear is pretty – and, of course, it isn’t essential to deck yourself out in dancewear to do the Ballet Beautiful workouts, but I love to! I adore leg warmers – and nothing is more elegant than these Lily Legwarmers £52.60 from Ballet Beautiful. But, why not make your own? Check out this Style Sunday: Ballet Legwarmers for inspiration!
