Need to work up some righteous indignation?

Here's fuel for anyone who wants to get annoyed at a pretentious and uninformed a*hole. As I learned from this blog post from Debra Garfinkle, Tom Gimes, the director of Texas State's MFA program, comes off in his new memoir as a total moron when he talks about young-adult novels. My brief annoyance was washed away by pity when I read the reviews of his novels from Publisher's Weekly.
