Three days off too many

So we're coming off a three day weekend (here in the States anyway). Now my kid just started back in school last Wednesday. So it seemed kind of cruel to give me a taste of three days of freedom, and then send her home for three days again I mean I was really digging my extra gym/writing/whatever time.

Not that I don't love my kid lots, because I do. She's actually pretty fabulous. And we have fun doing things together like hiking, exploring the city, shopping, etc. And just look at how she ...
