He is immortal, he meets, quite by chance, a small female who has been partially turned by a bad vampire, He picks her up and there is an instant connection. This 'little thing' as he calls her affectionately, needs his help, and damn if he isn't going to do it!. After that, his heart is lost, and actually beating!!. he is in love and will undergo anything to help and keep her!!
