The Master Key System from The Secret - Free!

The SecretI've just discovered the Recommended Reading section of Rhonda Byrne's http://www.thesecret.tv
It is in "Gifts for You". She has been very generous not only in sharing her knowledge through her own books, but also with the 'gifts'. I regularly read The Optimist's Creed, watch the vizualisation videos and read her own books "The Secret", "The Power", "The Magic". Their audio versions I find particularly powerful and very well produced.

"The Master Key System" is what I am currently working on as a way to keep my mind focused on creating a positive life for myself. Why not take a look if you want to create change? It is available as a FREE download from The Secret's website - look at the advanced reading section of the recommendations. Obviously, I would also suggest that you start from the first part of the reading lists if you have not already done so.

All of the information on The Secret's website confirms what I know as a Psychotherapist. We create our own reality through the power of what we think.

Our thoughts, feelings and behaviour function best when all pulling in the same direction. Sort out your negative feelings, choose to monitor your thoughts and do what ever activity you need to make a change.

Letting your fears overwhelm you (mine are particularly negative in the middle of the night) will not get you anywhere. Write the thoughts down, speak them to an empty chair (Gesthalt technigue), tell a friend or professional. Get them out of your head - they can then be examined and that alone makes change. If you write down your thoughts and go back and read them a couple of days later you will start to see patterns develop and it will help you to find better coping strategies.

Nothing can be had for no effort. You do need to apply yourself if you want to make your life different. If you feel just 'too down' to bother then I suggest you talk to a counselor or your doctor as you may be depressed. Also take a look at http://www.depressionalliance.org
as it is a good source of information.

Life is too short and it truly is what you make it. Why not take a look at the reading recommended by Rhonda Byrne? What have you got to lose?
