As usual, music is my companion during my writing. Edge of Need was no exception. Adam and Sutton share a special love for the spotlight and their interests in BDSM. That interest comes through very clearly in their scenes at Second Circle. They feed off the audience’s energy, driving each other to become something more, something magical. There is a key scene in the book that takes place in The Fox Theater in Atlanta where Adam shows Sutton a different side of himself. A softer side of his personality that Sutton doesn’t expect by dancing a waltz with her right there on the stage. I played Your Guardian Angel by Red Jumpsuit Apparatus over and over while writing that scene.
