When Monday suddenly becomes Tuesday... a post in lieu of My God It's Monday

So last week was a wash. A total wash. I came down with the cold from hell and it held me in its grasp for like 8 or 9 days. Not only was it an every possible symptom you can get with a cold cold, but even sitting at the computer for any length of time (and we're talking like ten, twenty minutes here) was utterly exhausting. I do seem to be on the mend now -- although I said that on Wednesday last week only to discover the exhaustion thing just wasn't going away... However, yesterday I knew for sure I had turned a corner and today I feel a lot better. I just have a few sniffles and I'm still coughing.

Weather has been gorgeous, and I missed enjoying it all last week. Then this week is going to be pretty much rainy -- just in time for me feeling better. That's okay, though, because I like the rainy grey days :)

I've got a bunch of stories to go through and submit. I've got edits to complete and return, and I've got paperwork to hand in for cover art etc. There's nothing like a week of doing almost nothing to make you feel behind!

I'm participating in the Staying at Home party over at TRS this week -- I started things off with a contest, so check it out.

Tomorrow, my fifth Sealed With a Kink story is coming out!

John adores Master Allen and he couldn’t be more excited to finally be invited to Allen’s apartment in town for a chance to ‘prove his submission.’ He doesn’t know what to expect, but he trusts Master Allen, after all, they’ve been together for over a year now.

While the weekend is everything that he could have asked for, an incident with a thug a couple of weeks later leaves John shaken and turning to his Master for strength. Will Allen be there for John? Or is the love and need all one-sided?

Look for it at Resplendence tomorrow.

Happy Tuesday everyone!
