EU Image May Be Rebounding, But Frustrations Remain

After a dramatic decline in the wake of the euro crisis, EU favorability is now on the rise. But publics across Europe overwhelmingly think that their voice is not heard in Brussels, and complain that the EU is out of touch, intrusive and inefficient.
