Monice Mitchell Simms is a voice destined to be heard, whose writings I foresee becoming a part of African American literary mainstays such as Alice Walker & Toni Morrison. Address: House of Corrections was a visual journey. Monice's writing style is vivid, poetic, and descriptive, caught somewhere between novelist, poet, and cinemaphile.
